Fillable Forms and Form Central

Wednesday, April 10, 2013
Hi everyone! I don't know about where you live, but it is really cold in Fort Worth. My idea of cold is around 60 degrees. This morning it was around 40 degrees with winds at about 30 mph...talk about chilly!! The weather has gone from the 80's to the 30's in a span of a couple of days, which means I am sick =(
Now that I have ranted about the weather let's move onto some technology.

I have a love for fillable forms as they make my life easier. I don't know what I would do without Adobe Professional. My new find is Adobe Form Central...talk about lovely!! You can get a free account (includes one form and up to 50 responses). What I did was I a took a form that I had, made it fillable and then uploaded it to the Form Central site. The site then turns your fillable form into an awesome form...awesome meaning when someone fills out the form and hits submit it automatically sends all the data to a spreadsheet. I am smiling ear to ear because I am so in love.

Even if you do not have Adobe Professional, you can use one of their own templates to create a fillable form.

I know I can use a Google form and do that (which I am a huge fan of Google Forms), but the layout of my form would have been 10 plus pages as a Google form. Using a fillable form I was able to create my document in Excel, make it fillable, and then upload it to Forms Central.

Make sure to check out Forms Central!!

  1. I happened to come across this website http://goo.gl/LbZQwH when I was looking for a perfect way to edit PDF files. I would really recommend this, no software to download and install. PDFfiller is truly a great service, you can upload your own PDF file so you can edit or fill it out online and sign the document, save, print, email and even fax it. Also you can find the right fillable form anytime using the form search engine that contains more than 10 Million forms. Check it out there is no harm in trying.
