Read a Graph: A Worked Example
Here is a finished graph built the way your notes describe: a title, the independent variable on the x-axis, the dependent variable on the y-axis, evenly spaced intervals, connected data points, and a legend because there is more than one line. Study it, then answer the questions below.
Tie it back to your notes: the independent variable goes on the x-axis, the dependent variable on the y-axis, points are connected, and a second line means you need a legend.
